However, upon completion, Adobe Reader opens the Forms that were saved, requiring the processor to manually close all 3 forms. docmd.outputto pdf landscape
Mar 23, 2010 Hi all, I'm sure this should be possible. I'm trying to use Access 2007's built in 'Save as PDF' option to output a many queries. I can get them to save as PDF no problems at all, but there never seems to be an option to choose to output it as PDF in a landscape orientation.

If I manually view the report in design view and then go back to print preview, the Landscape settings finally take effect.
